JERKZ BBQ MEATBALLS
1 BAG FROZEN MEATBALLS
1 1/2 CUPS JERKZ BBQ SAUCE

COOKING:
COOK MEATBALLS IN OVEN ACCORDING TO PACKAGE INSTRUCTIONS
THEN PUT MEATBALLS IN COCK POT ON WARM SETTING
ADD JERKZ BBQ SAUCE AND WARM FOR 20-30MINS

BBQ GLAZED SALMON WITH GREEN BEANS AND CORN:
1 tablespoon olive oil
3/4 pound green beans, cut into 1 1/2 inch lenghts
kosher salt and black pepper
1 cup frozen corn
1 1/4 pounds skinless salmon, cut into 4 pieces
1/4 cup JERKZ barbecue sauce
1/4 cup torn fresh basil leaves
COOKING:
Set an oven rack in the highest position and heat oven to 500 F.
Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the green beans, teaspoon salt, and teaspoon pepper. Cook, tossing frequently, until the green beans begin to soften, 5 to 7 minutes. Add the corn and cook, tossing frequently,
until the vegetables are tender, 3 to 4 minutes more.
Meanwhile, place the salmon on a foil-lined baking sheet and season with teaspoon each salt and pepper. Dividing evenly, brush with the barbecue sauce. Bake until cooked through, 8 to 12 minutes.
Serve the salmon with the vegetables and sprinkle with basil.
CROCK POT BBQ PULLED PORK
4LB PORK ROAST
2 ONIONS CHOPPED
5 WHOLE CLOVES
2 CUPS WATER
1 16OZ BOTTLE JERKZ BBQ SAUCE
SALT & PEPPER TO TASTE
COOKING:
Place one sliced onion at the bottom of Crock Pot.
Stud pork roast with cloves and season with salt and pepper.
Place roast in slow cooker on top of the sliced onion. Cover with the second sliced onion and add enough water to fill Crock Pot two thirds of the way.
Cover and cook on low 8 to 12 hours. (or high 4-6 hours)
Remove roast. Remove and discard cloves, bone and fat as well as any water, onions and grease remaining in pot.
When pork roast is cool enough to handle, use a fork or your fingers to pull it apart until the entire roast is shredded.
Return the pulled pork to the crockpot. Add Jerkz BBQ sauce and cover. Heat on high for 1 hour.
Serve on large, crusty buns and Garnish with dill pickle spears.
JERKZ BBQ SLOPPY JOE
1 LBS GROUND BEEF
1 CAN PEELED TOMATOES
1 BELL PEPPER CHOPPED
1 YELLOW ONION CHOPPED
1 CUP JERKZ BBQ SAUCE
COOKING:
BROWN GROUND BEEF, DRAIN AND SET ASIDE
SAUTE BELL PEPPER AND ONION, THEN ADD TOMATOES, BEEF AND JERKZ BBQ SAUCE.
SIMMER ON LOW UNTIL THICKENED AND SERVE ON HAMBURGER BUNS.
JERKZ BBQ CHILI
1 LB GROUND BEEF
2 CANS CHILI BEANS OR KIDNEY BEANS
1 ONION CHOPPED
1 TBSP CHILI POWDER
1 CUP JERKZ BBQ SAUCE
SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE
COOKING:
BROWN GROUND BEEF AND ONIONS
ADD JERKZ BBQ SAUCE, CHILI POWDER, SALT AND PEPPER AND BEANS.
SIMMER FOR 30 MINS.
BBQ PIZZA
1 READY MADE PIZZA CRUST
1 CUP MOZZARELLA CHEESE
1/2 LB MEAT (CHICKEN ,BEEF, SHREDDED PORK)
3/4 CUP JERKZ BBQ SAUCE
COOKING:
PREHEAT OVEN TO 425 DEGREES
TOP PIZZA CRUST WITH JERKZ BBQ SAUCE, THEN ADD MEAT AND SHREDDED CHEESE
BAKE FOR 10-12 MINS UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN
JERKZ BBQ BAKED BEANS:
3 CANS BAKED BEANS DRAINED
1/2LB GROUND SAUSAGE
1 MINCED MEDIUM PURPLE ONION
1 MINCED MEDIUM BELL PEPPER
1 CUP JERKZ BBQ SAUCE
1/3 CUP BROWN SUGAR
SALT & PEPPER TO TASTE
COOKING:
BROWN GROUND BEEF, ONION AND PEPPER.
ADD DRAINED CANNED BEANS, YELLOW MUSTARD, BROWN SUGAR, SALT AND PEPPER AND JERKZ.
MIX TOGETHER AND BAKE UNCOVERED AT 350 DEGREES FOR 45MINS-1HR.
