Jerkz BBQ Cheesy Casserole
3 cups uncooked Mostaccioli pasta
1lb ground beef
1 Medium onion, chopped
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
1 cup milk
1 cup Jerkz "Sweet & Sassy" BBQ sauce
1 cup shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar Cheese
Heat oven to 350F. Spray 2-quart casserole with cooking spray. Cook and drain pasta as directed on package.
Meanwhile, in 12-inch skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until beef is brown; drain.
Stir pasta, 3 tablespoons of the parsley, the milk, Jerkz barbecue sauce, mozzarella cheese and 1 cup of the Cheddar cheese into beef in skillet. Spoon mixture into casserole. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese
Bake uncovered 30 to 40 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Sprinkle with remaining 1 tablespoon parsley.

Jerkz BBQ Chive Butter
Makes about 1 cup
Combine 3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) room-temperature unsalted butter, 1/4 cup Jerkz barbecue sauce, 1 tsp. salt, and 1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper in a food processor; blend until smooth. Scrape mixture into a small bowl and stir in 2 Tbsp. finely chopped chives. Use butter immediately, or wrap tightly and refrigerate for up to 1 week. Serve on corn, fish, potatoes, grilled meat, or bread.

Snack Ideas
Mix up a bit of JERKZ BBQ sauce into mayonnaise for a tangy spread for your sandwich, wraps or pitas.
Mixing sour-cream and JERKZ BBQ sauce together makes a delightful dip and is good on burritos and nachos
